Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Processing your order
Orders are processed once payment has been received.
As soon as your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information by email.
From that moment, the order is in transit and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Please note that it can take up to 72 hours before the first tracking updates become visible.
Shipping your order
As we currently do not have a local warehouse in the United States, our collection is shipped from our international warehouse in Asia. Because of this, the average delivery time is 6–11 business days.
Of course, we will keep you updated on the shipment through the tracking information of your order.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is always an indication. For the most accurate delivery updates, we recommend following the tracking information provided by the local carrier.
Problems with delivery
Package returned (pickup point or incorrect address)
If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, it will automatically be returned to us.
Once the returned package has been received, we can offer a reshipment.
Would you prefer a refund instead? In that case, processing and return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
