Returns Period
You may return your order within 30 days after delivery.
Please review the conditions below and our Returns & Exchanges policy before submitting a return request.
Return Conditions
To process your return correctly, please keep the following conditions in mind:
- Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition as received. Trying on items is of course allowed.
- If possible, please return the item in its original packaging.
In case of signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount or refuse the return.
Return address & international returns
Returns are processed through our international return facilities in Asia.
- Returns must be sent to the return address provided by us
- Return shipping costs and the return label are the customer’s responsibility
- International return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier, package size, and country of return
Returns sent to a different address, such as the sender address on the package or a local logistics address, cannot be processed or refunded.
Please note that the addresses shown on shipping labels are logistics depots of shipping carriers and are not return addresses of Mabel & Mary.
Processing times for international returns may vary depending on shipping and customs. On average, it may take up to 30 days for a return to arrive and be processed.
Customs fees for returns
For international returns, customs clearance or handling fees may apply.
These are external costs charged by shipping carriers or customs authorities and may, if applicable, be deducted from the refund amount.
The exact amount may vary depending on the carrier, package value, destination, and return circumstances.
Additional processing fees may also apply in specific situations, such as unclaimed packages or returns caused by incorrectly entered address details.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 24 hours.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional business days before the refund becomes visible in your account.
Returned packages, pickup point or incorrect address
If a package is not collected from a pickup point or cannot be delivered due to incorrectly entered address details and is returned to us, additional costs may apply.
These costs may include customs fees, return shipping costs, and processing fees and may, if applicable, be deducted from the refund amount.
The exact amount may vary depending on the carrier, package value, return circumstances, and destination country.
Damaged or incorrect item received
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
We kindly ask that you report this within 7 days after delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Claims reported after this period may no longer be eligible for review or resolution.
