Sometimes, it only becomes clear after delivery that the address entered during checkout was incorrect.
In that case, it is important to first go through the steps below. In many cases, the package is still eventually returned.
Step 1 – Check the entered address
Was an incorrect or different address entered during checkout? If possible, please visit that address and ask whether the package was received there.
Step 2 – Contact the delivery carrier
Please contact the delivery carrier and let them know that the address entered during checkout was incorrect.
Ask where the package was delivered and whether it may have been delivered to a pickup point or an alternative address.

Have you contacted the delivery carrier and is it still unclear where your package is? Feel free to contact our customer service team.
As the shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout, we are unable to offer a refund or free replacement for packages that have been successfully delivered to the provided address.
For Gofo deliveries, our customer service team can request additional photo proof of delivery showing where the package was delivered or left.
However, we always want to help where possible. We offer a significant discount on a replacement order, including free shipping, as a gesture of goodwill 💛
